Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Supervisor who is passionate about growing sales and delivering a superior customer experience. This individual will be successful in this role by:
1. Gaining a clear understanding of our large inventory of vinyl and aluminum fencing and railing
2. Maintaining a pulse on industry trends
3. Providing a superior customer experience.
What you will be doing:
- Provide a Superior Customer Experience.
- Serve customers on the phone, through email, and/or in person daily.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in regard to products or services.
- Work with layout planning and assist customers accurately, effectively, and quickly.
- Manage key and high-volume accounts.
- Accurately and efficiently review and quote blueprints by bid date.
- Accurately process payment and product sales documentation in NetSuite.
- Review KPI measurables and sales reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Work within a team to meet company metrics.
- Establishing new leads and customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Review and distribute leads throughout the team.
- Direct and coordinate all wholesale sales activities and territories.
- Keep up to date on competitor and industry trends.
- Accurately and efficiently perform general admin duties.
- Keep self and team up to date on training.
- Lead, manage, retain, and hold your team accountable.
- Any other tasks that may be asked of you by your manager or other members of the Leadership Team.
- This is NOT a Work from home position.
What you will need:
- In-person or over-the-phone customer service/sales experience.
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter and able to manage a team.
- General office skills (typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Work well independently, as well as in a group setting.
- Adaptive to change and learning new skills.
- Strong logic and reasoning/ problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Outgoing, professional, and friendly.
