The Opportunity
Client is seeking a versatile and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to play a key role in
driving marketing initiatives for the US market. This position blends responsibility for supporting the
execution of marketing campaigns and programs, assisting with the delivery of engaging marketing
events (physical and virtual), managing organic social media presence, and assisting in the enablement
of our Sales and SDR teams. You will coordinate campaign logistics, create marketing assets (including
basic design, landing pages, social posts, and sales support materials), manage event components, track
performance, and collaborate closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Sales leadership, and
other functions to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing execution. This role is ideal for a proactive
individual skilled in marketing execution, content creation, social media management, event support,
and sales collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Execution Support: Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, webinars, etc.). This includes creating landing pages within the marketing automation platform, managing project timelines, and coordinating deliverables.
- Sales & SDR Enablement Support: Collaborate with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager and Sales leadership to support the development, updating, and delivery of sales enablement materials aligned with marketing campaigns (e.g., targeted messaging/scripts for SDRs, presentation updates, collateral organization).
- Marketing Content & Collateral Creation: Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, datasheets, social media graphics, event invitations, and presentation slides using graphic design tools. Assist in drafting or editing copy for emails, landing pages, and other campaign assets.
- Social Media Management: Manage and execute organic social media posting on company handles (e.g., LinkedIn), aligning content with marketing campaigns, events, and company news. Monitor engagement and contribute to social media content planning.
- Marketing Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of physical events (e.g., trade shows, regional conferences) and virtual events/webinars, focusing on logistics, promotion, and creating engaging experiential elements that foster community
- .• Account & Contact Data Management: Utilize sales intelligence and data enrichment tools to support list building, account research, and data hygiene for marketing campaigns and sales support.
- Performance Tracking Support: Assist in pulling data and compiling reports on campaign performance, event metrics, social media engagement, and enablement material usage.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Sr. Demand Generation Manager) and potentially external agencies or platform providers to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Global Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global teams, including marketing and product teams based in India, to leverage relevant global content/resources and ensure campaign/messaging consistency.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6+ years of combined experience in marketing execution, campaign management, social media management, marketing operations, sales enablement support, or event coordination, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and coordinating marketing activities. Experience supporting event execution is required.
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts (especially LinkedIn) and creating engaging content.
- Demonstrated ability to create marketing or sales support content (e.g., messaging, presentations, collateral).
- Basic Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) to create marketing collateral. Portfolio examples are a plus.
- Proficiency with relevant marketing, sales, and event tools: Including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (e.g., HubSpot - including landing page creation), Social Media Management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sprout Social, or similar), Sales Intelligence / Data Enrichment (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clay), Webinar Software (e.g., Zoom Webinars, BrightTalk), and Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong).
- Excellent organizational skills, strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience crafting messaging for sales/SDR teams is beneficial.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and geographies.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics, including social media engagement metrics.
- Ability to travel occasionally for physical events within the US.

Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a range of great benefits to our employees: medical,
dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance benefits. The company provides 15
PTO days and 10 paid company holidays per year.
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level,
skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay,
certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings
and equity awards.
The expected annual base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $140,000.
