We are seeking your expertise in marketing, business development, account management, and industry experts who are ready to join our “a” team.   With many companies currently experiencing a decline in cash flow from historical levels, our powerful specialty tax service offerings allow a business to reduce its pending tax liability and receive cash infusions from the government for past qualifying activities.

As the Associate in Business Development you will support and work side by side a Business Development Director(s). In this exciting role you will have the opportunity to work with prospects, clients and various levels throughout our organization on a daily basis. If you possess high energy, ability to multitask, are results driven and thrive in a fast paced environment then this is the job for you! This is a high visibility role that impacts the organization directly and offers great rewards!
  • This individual will be the Director’s right hand and will communicate with the client on behalf of the Director
  • Uphold the first class client service that we as a firm live by
  • Manage Director’s calendar; schedule client meetings, conference calls, and follow up appointments 
  • Update Director’s activity pipeline; track proposals through preparation, follow up, and completion; produce weekly activity reports
  • Maintain client relationship management database (Salesforce.com)
  • Prepare marketing materials for presentations and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and complete monthly expense reports
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as required 
Qualifications -  (staffing, recruiting, and previous Fort 500 experience is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment a must
  • Degree preferred
  • Must be proactive; a go-getter
  • Experience updating a CRM (ACT, Salesforce, etc.) software
  • Strong working knowledge of MicroSoft office suite of products including PowerPoint and Outlook Calendaring
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a 24/7 mentality
  • Self-motivated and hard-working
