What You’ll Do: Be a Safety Trailblazer
As our EHS Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our safety culture, ensuring our Fontana facility meets the highest standards of environmental, health, and safety compliance for clients like Apple HQ and Dodger Stadium. You’ll lead with vision, implement robust programs, and safeguard our team while collaborating with leadership to keep Our Client ahead of the curve.
Lead EHS Excellence: Develop, implement, and update critical safety programs, including Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Respiratory Protection, and Emergency Action Plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA and local regulations for projects like LAX Airport and Bellagio Hotel.
Drive Compliance: Conduct facility inspections to identify hazards, implement corrective measures, and maintain meticulous OSHA 300 logs and EHS documentation.
Champion Training: Design and deliver engaging EHS training programs in English and Spanish for all employees, ensuring preparedness across our diverse team.
Investigate & Innovate: Lead accident and near-miss investigations, analyze data, and develop recurrence prevention strategies to keep safety first for clients like Cedars Sinai and Sphere Vegas.
Partner for Success: Collaborate with management, HR, and external contractors to enforce EHS standards and streamline workers’ compensation processes for high-profile projects like Trump Hotel and Casino.
Communicate with Impact: Provide clear signage, posters, and barriers to warn of hazards, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish to engage our team working on sites like UC Davis Medical Center and Venetian Hotel.

You’re a driven, bilingual leader with a passion for safety and a knack for getting things done. You thrive in high-energy industrial settings and have the skills to keep compliance tight and teams safe for clients like Kaiser Hospital and Sphere Vegas. Here’s what sets you apart:
Bilingual Fluency: Proficient in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with our diverse workforce.
5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial environment, ideally in steel or heavy manufacturing.
Deep knowledge of OSHA regulations, GHS, and other relevant EHS standards.
Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging safety training programs.
Strong auditing and inspection skills to identify and mitigate risks in facilities serving clients like LAX Airport and Bellagio Hotel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
EHS certifications
Exceptional time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently while enforcing safety standards without compromise.
