Vice President of Professional Services, Growth, Sales, IT Security

Our rapidly growing cybersecurity company is seeking a Vice President of Professional Services to lead our consulting services and client success teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cyber threats landscape, and will be responsible for developing and executing our client engagement strategies, as well as delivering best-in-class cybersecurity services and solutions to our clients.

 
Responsibilities:

  •  Lead and manage our consulting services and client success teams, providing coaching, mentorship and support to help them deliver high quality cybersecurity solutions to our clients.
  • Develop and implement client engagement strategies, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to build long-term relationships with our clients.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to design, build, and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Ensure that our cybersecurity solutions are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the cyber threats landscape, and work with our product development teams to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences,and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity community.

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor's degree, prefer Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of delivering high quality cybersecurity solutions to clients.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing consulting services and client success teams, with a strong focus on client engagement and delivery
  • Deep knowledge of the cyber threats landscape, including current and emerging threats, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Location: Remote but preference given to candidates in PST, MTD, CST time zones.
