POSITION SUMMARY
  • Running the flagship call center for the company
  • 100+ Seats running 24/7/365
  • Reports to the COO
  • Maintain expected utilization KPI's by working with Workforce Management Heads. 
  • Hiring, training and overall motivation of Managers, Team Leads and Agents. 
 
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of relevant Call Center Management experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • BA preferred but work experience is sufficient
