POSITION SUMMARY
- Running the flagship call center for the company
- 100+ Seats running 24/7/365
- Reports to the COO
- Maintain expected utilization KPI's by working with Workforce Management Heads.
- Hiring, training and overall motivation of Managers, Team Leads and Agents.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of relevant Call Center Management experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- BA preferred but work experience is sufficient
