What you will be doing:

  • Lead generation via outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries across all markets and services.
  • Engage prospects to understand their needs and schedule qualified appointments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients in Federal, healthcare, science & technology, and academic markets; focusing on acquiring new clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Client Services, marketing/business development manager, and the entire sales team to achieve company-wide goals.
  • Generate reporting for the weekly market leader meeting.
  • Conduct market research for potential client markets/services and pursue opportunities with them.

Experience you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with Federal clients.
  • Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while being a team player.
  • Familiarity with the engineering and construction industry.
  • Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Understanding of MEP engineering and construction services is a plus.
