What you will be doing:
- Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, including identifying and developing new opportunities, creating proposals, following up, and closing deals.
- Develop a potential client list through direct communication.
- Our present products to potential customers.
- Participate in the creation of estimates and sales quotations.
- Represent us at technical meetings.
Experience you will need:
- Experience with construction building materials.
- Knowledge of basic sales principles and practices.
- Ability to prepare and present written proposals/quotations.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a project team.
- Self-motivation and determination.
- Creativity in problem-solving.
- Multitasking ability; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Multi-lingual speaking ability is a plus.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
