What you will be doing:
- Create and implement marketing initiatives to increase sales of new business and improve customer loyalty.
- Develop new broker relationships and create market opportunities.
- Induce new and existing brokers to write business through effective marketing tools.
- Manage broker relationships by handling service problems, underwriting escalations, and follow-up activity/resolution.
- Discuss problem accounts that may be targeted for rehabilitation, non-renewal, or non-pay cancellation.
- Maintain strong and current knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation line of business and specific products.
- Partner with the underwriting team on new strategic initiatives.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing strategy.
What you will need:
- Minimum of 8 years of marketing or sales experience.
- At least 5 years working for a P&C carrier or a P&C Broker/Agency.
- Strong working knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation (P&C) Market.
- Proficiency in Internet software and Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
