Our client is looking for an ambitious, rising star to own our outbound lead generation process. You will work directly with our Director of Business Development, drawing on your skills and experience to design, execute, and refine outbound outreach campaigns.
The ideal candidate has excelled in a past Business Development Rep (BDR) or Sales Development Rep (SDR) role at a B2B SaaS company, and is looking for an opportunity to build something new. You will have ownership of building our tech stack, prospecting practices, and testing and refining outreach language and presentation materials. Your success will define what good looks like as you help write the “playbook” for outbound lead generation.
What you'll do
● Help define our growing commercial team’s culture.
● Identify target customers: research markets and generate prioritized company and prospect lists.
● Develop an outbound outreach playbook: design and execute campaigns for various ways to reach out to potential customers by email, phone, video, LinkedIn, etc.
● Qualify and nurture early opportunities: you’ll talk to interested customers to educate them about us and assess whether they would benefit from our services.
● Own our startup engagement strategy: develop a process for engaging with and educating startups (i.e. hosting events, going to demo days).
