What you will be doing:
- Grow attendance and sales
- Understand and align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Lead a team of direct marketing reports and agency partnerships.
- Implement strategies to increase awareness and drive conversions.
- Manage and enhance a broad set of customer offerings.
- Present the full range of product offerings to customers and third-party marketing agents.
- Develop, track, and execute annual marketing plans to target customer opportunities for growth.
- Steward performance and DME to ensure targets are achieved.
- Adapt strategies based on the macro-environment and in-market results.
- Lead the development of impactful and persuasive creative materials.
- Create connections plans that optimize consumer engagement and ROI.
- Oversee design processes with agencies and in-house personnel.
- Partner with various departments to build offerings that enhance customer experiences.
- Build analytics and KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Assess and interpret KPIs to enhance engagement and sales.
- Develop a team of marketers and enhance the team's strengths.
- Propagate the company culture across the team.
Experience you will need:
- Consumer marketer with a GM mindset.
- Strong capability in finance, sales, and operations.
- Minimum of 10 years of brand marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field; MBA is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to improve customer interactions and leverage public relations and social media.
- Understanding of the customer journey and application of appropriate execution based on strategy.
- Results-driven self-starter who delivers results with limited guidance.
