What you will be doing:

  • Grow attendance and sales
  • Understand and align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Lead a team of direct marketing reports and agency partnerships.
  • Implement strategies to increase awareness and drive conversions.
  • Manage and enhance a broad set of customer offerings.
  • Present the full range of product offerings to customers and third-party marketing agents.
  • Develop, track, and execute annual marketing plans to target customer opportunities for growth.
  • Steward performance and DME to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Adapt strategies based on the macro-environment and in-market results.
  • Lead the development of impactful and persuasive creative materials.
  • Create connections plans that optimize consumer engagement and ROI.
  • Oversee design processes with agencies and in-house personnel.
  • Partner with various departments to build offerings that enhance customer experiences.
  • Build analytics and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Assess and interpret KPIs to enhance engagement and sales.
  • Develop a team of marketers and enhance the team's strengths.
  • Propagate the company culture across the team.

Experience you will need:

  • Consumer marketer with a GM mindset.
  • Strong capability in finance, sales, and operations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of brand marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field; MBA is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to improve customer interactions and leverage public relations and social media.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and application of appropriate execution based on strategy.
  • Results-driven self-starter who delivers results with limited guidance.
