Confidential Search for a VP of Marketing, Medical Device, Phoenix

Our Client is a 20 year old, venture backed, Medical Device and Technology company.

The Vice President of Marketing will drive the brand strategy and launch disruptive technology in the market place. This will result in raised brand awareness and demand in the marketplace. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key member of the executive team will manage all marketing activities that drive the achievement of revenue targets and corporate objectives.

The Vice President of Marketing will create compelling adoption strategies for a break-through medical device company.

Looking for: The successful candidate will have deep marketing experience in medical device companies with increasing leadership responsibilities and complexity. They will have a proven and outstanding executive track record. In addition, this individual will have prior experience with strategic planning, branding and messaging, product management, marketing communications, and executive level business partnerships and team building. They must be a strong and collaborative leader who balances strategic skills with tactical execution. The successful candidate should be passionate about vision and ensuring that the focus and deliverables of the marketing function are in alignment with that vision. This person will be someone who possesses a natural orientation toward creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, and they will demonstrate values, acting as an example to those on the team and to others in the company. This individual will have a track record of strong business partnerships and enhancing a culture where people love to work, grow their capabilities, and do their best work in pursuit of a vision.

  • Results-oriented, hands-on and demonstrated experience within an innovative, fast-paced, and performance-driven organization.
  • Translates vision into actionable, quantifiable goals and objectives.
