We are currently a seeking a Experienced Sales Executive For Top Medical Device Company. This an excellent opportunity for an experienced business-to-business sales rep to cross over into medical sales. Candidates will sell to surgeons in an operating room environment. This position is for a Clinical Sales Representative and candidates should live in Denver, Colorado (Candidates should live in Saint Louis and surrounding areas) This multi-billion dollar, medical device company, has had double digit growth since inception roughly 15 years ago. Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the Sales Manager in developing a sales plan tailored to your local market
Become a clinical expert across all primary or procedures to position yourself as a partner with clients
Effectively convert high potential leads and drive training activities
Drive sales of instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling
Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
Performance Traits We Are Looking For:
Proven success in an outside business to business sales environment or pharmaceutical
A proven track record demonstrating leadership qualities
High rankings within the sales force and various accomplishments distinguishing you from others
You must have documented sales success to be considered so bring your brag book.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record in sales, preferably with a medical device company
Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred
An ability to travel up to 25%, dependent upon account distribution
Consultative sales approach
Stable job history, no job hoppers.
