Summary:
This is a remote-based role ideal for a proactive, customer-focused sales professional with 7+ years of experience in automotive, aftermarket parts, or battery systems. The Regional Sales Manager will drive B2B sales growth by promoting sustainable battery products to auto dealers, repair shops, distributors, and industrial clients. Strong relationship-building, CRM tracking, and independent pipeline management are critical to success in this role.
What You’ll Do:
• Identify, engage, and onboard new customers in automotive and industrial segments
• Manage a sales pipeline and close deals on aftermarket battery solutions
• Deliver exceptional client support and follow-up
• Provide pricing, quotes, and product info tailored to customer needs
• Represent the brand at trade shows and events
• Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools
Experience You’ll Need:
• 7+ years in sales, customer service, or marketing (automotive or battery-related)
• Familiarity or interest in battery technology (lead-acid, lithium, AGM)
• CRM and MS Office proficiency
• Self-starter mindset with strong written/verbal communication skills
