Meat Processing Sales Representative, AZ'
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and connected Meat Processing Sales Rep to drive growth through direct sales of fresh and frozen chicken products. This is not just an account management role. The MPSR is a proven dealmaker with existing relationships, a strong network, and a track record of closing large-volume protein deals. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to foodservice distributors, national brokers, and multi-unit restaurant operators and will be expected to contribute immediate value through their active customer base.

We’re looking for a seasoned Meat Processing Sales Rep who can help us scale as we expand into new markets and open new stores.
The Meat Processing Sales Rep has the following primary responsibilities:
- Bring existing customers or contacts to the table—introducing new revenue and/or sourcing partnerships from day one
- Secure reliable chicken supply partners to support Angie’s expansion strategy
- Open and grow sales channels with distributors, brokers, and restaurant chains
- Work directly with our culinary and supply chain teams to align procurement with product development and operational targets
- Identify and respond to market shifts in pricing, availability, and customer needs
- Serve as a key commercial leader in our early-stage protein strategy
The Ideal Candidate:
- A closer with 5+ years of experience in chicken/protein sales
- Well-connected in the foodservice, broker, and/or QSR distribution ecosystem
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment where speed and results matter
- Confident negotiating volume deals and forging supply agreements
- Knowledgeable about commodity markets, poultry specs, and protein production cycles
- Experience with QSR restaurant chains or emerging food brands a plus
