Summary
Join one of the nation’s fastest-growing mechanical service firms, backed by strategic acquisitions and a robust national footprint. As a Sr. Account Executive, you’ll sell HVAC and mechanical service agreements to commercial and industrial customers — focusing on multi-year preventative maintenance programs, retrofit opportunities, and lifecycle solutions. This is a client-facing, field-based role ideal for a strategic seller with a technical mindset and a track record building long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Sell preventative maintenance agreements and service contracts to direct building owners, facility managers, and operators
- Identify opportunities to upsell retrofit services, IAQ solutions, and system upgrades
- Build long-term relationships with property stakeholders across commercial and industrial markets
- Act as a consultative partner—customizing solutions based on each client’s operational and technical needs
- Lead RFP responses, proposals, and customer presentations with support from internal teams
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and service teams to ensure high-quality execution
- Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and client engagement through CRM systems
- Represent the company at industry events, site walk-throughs, and local networking groups

Experience You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience selling HVAC or mechanical services, ideally direct-to-owner
- Strong background in service agreement sales, renewals, and lifecycle value strategy
- Experience with IAQ, filtration, ventilation, or MEP systems is a plus
- Skilled in consultative selling and building trusted client relationships
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operations teams
- CRM familiarity (Salesforce or similar) and comfort managing pipeline metrics
