Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity and channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of demonstrated success in driving channel and partner enablement within the cybersecurity industry and supporting partners in cybersecurity solutions. The Partner Manager will be responsible for aligning with the Google Cloud Security sales and solution organization, driving joint pipeline and sales growth with Google, and ensuring consistent revenue bookings and production from the Google Cloud Security relationship. This is a quota bearing position.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Enablement: Engage and align with Google Cloud Security sellers and sales leadership. Developand implement strategic enablement programs to drive pipeline value for Netenrich, expand ourcustomer base and increase market share.
Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with GoogleCloud Security sellers and other partners as required. Ensure the partner sellers understand solutions and drive deal pipeline with those sellers.
Solution Selling: Utilize a consultative sales approach help partner sellers effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and differentiate us from competitors.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to our Google partnership. Use market insights to refine enablement strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align partner enablement efforts with company objectives. Provide feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales, partner management, or partner enablement with a proven track record of success in selling cybersecurity solutions and supporting cybersecurity channel partnerships.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, particularly in threat detection and incident response.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
Established network of contacts within the cybersecurity industry.
Prior work or engagement with Google Cloud Security preferred but not required.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $125k - $140k + variable pay.
Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) such as role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, geography, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
