About the Role:

Lead the packaging engineering team in developing and optimizing packaging solutions for our growing product line. You will focus on innovation, cost reduction, sustainability, and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards. This role requires a strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and regulations, along with excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new and improved packaging solutions, from concept to commercialization.
• Manage packaging costs, design, and material selection.
• Conduct analytical testing and oversee packaging line operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, R&D) and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging packaging technologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of packaging engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in packaging development within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and testing methods.
• Experience with food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Korean (preferred).
