We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Products Sales to lead the growth and success of our heated product line in the United States. This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales cycle, from product development to retail execution, for major retailers such as Walmart, Kohls, Target, and Macy's.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to drive growth and market share.
- Product Development: Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop innovative and customer-centric heated products.
- Retail Execution: Oversee the implementation of effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements to ensure profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and product management within the home goods industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing sales for major retailers like Walmart, Kohls, Target, and Macy's.
- Deep understanding of the heated product category, including consumer trends and competitive landscape.
