HR Employee Relations Manager
Our Client: IS
 a $30M, fully-integrated manufacturer, operating from a 100,000-square-foot facility in Southern California.  

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Employee Relations Manager is an HR professional responsible for maintaining positive employee relationships and ensuring compliance with employment laws. They handle employee records, facilitate training, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues
  • Oversees employee health and safety initiatives
  • Recruiting, assisting in the hiring processes and onboarding new employees.
  • Investigating and resolving employee complaints and grievances
  • Conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to management
  • Developing and conducting employee relations training programs and documenting necessary trainings
  • Providing information to employees on counseling, benefits and other services and programs available to them
  • Handling internal communication and promoting social functions (i.e. company, employee appreciation, birthdays, and anniversaries)
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (PHR, SPHR certificate a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and training
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.
  • The employee frequently uses both hands to grip, hold, and type.

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and training
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Compensation
  • Estimated Salary Range $90-$100k DOE
