We're looking for an Project Manager to join our team here in the SF Bay Area - Concord, CA. We are looking for a motivated individual with a collaborative, team-first attitude who can work under tight deadlines.

Job Description: Project Manager
Responsible for providing support services to projects and programs to enable their managers to make decisions based on good quality information.  Working as part of a PMO team, these services will be provided to several projects concurrently and will include administration, processing data, and producing information and reports as well as updating PM documents, logs, and registers
Key responsibilities: Capture and process lessons learned.
Provide direct support to projects
Administrative and logistical activities
Able to analyze and provide reports on project data for monthly reporting cycles and dashboard reports
Support the tracking, updating and reporting progress and or variance on all aspects of the Project including financials (EAC), project plans (MS), work breakdown structures (WBS), project risk registers and LCM adherence with project reporting calendar to both internal and external customers.
Maintain information on CAT 2 and 3 projects concerning risks, issues, plans, actuals, costs and quality outcomes through the prevailing logs and registers.
Advise the project manager of any trends, deviations and exceptions
Configuration management and version control support

Key measures and milestones: Development principles and activities according to Product Lifecycle Flow (PLF) and Life Cycle Management (LCM). Deliveries according to the agreed project schedule. Deliverables contributing to overall product quality (e.g. Performance, failure rate, yield).
Knowledge: Possesses and applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.
Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Having wide-ranging experience uses professional concepts and company/customer objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Latitude: Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively longer-term perspective in terms of desired results. Frequently responsible for coordinating the work activities of other personnel (e.g., Team Lead).
