What you will be doing:
- Seeking an Outside/Field Sales Representative to expand the customer base by implementing strategic sales strategies for all products, including Service Center, Strip Mill, and Wire Product.
- Utilizing your motivation and successful sales experience to make a significant contribution to selling our products.
- Identifying customer needs for new products and establishing new client business.
- Taking on a proactive sales leadership role by developing, building, and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborating closely with our inside sales, management, and technical staff.
- Responsible for the Northeastern territory, with a company car provided for travel.
Experience you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in selling stainless steel, cobalt, nickel, titanium, bi-metals, or other special metals in the form of strips, foil, or wire.
- Ability to meet established business goals and deadlines.
- Proficiency in selling technical products and providing exemplary customer service.
- Proven track record in developing strategic sales and generating new business.
- Ability to develop and meet sales forecasts.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- Must be proactive, self-starting, and highly motivated.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
