Sales Account Manager, Medical, Home Health Care, NY

Position Summary:

 Seeking a highly intelligent, resourceful individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills who can provide research-based and operational support across a wide variety of tasks and initiatives. This candidate must be able to quickly synthesize information and present it with confidence to the Senior VP of Sales. In the long-term, this candidate will be managing multiple simultaneous projects toward big-picture goals.

This candidate must be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertains to the growth of the company, must have a can-do attitude and willing to travel locally throughout Manhattan on a day-to-day basis.
 
What you will be doing:
 

  • Communicate with clients and the Senior VP of Sales to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new referrals
  • Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities to meet with referral sources and increase penetration
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests as it pertains to the Senior VP of sales book of business
  • Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires
  • Act as the liaison between the coordination department and clients to ensure that the client's demand is met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and pass off to the Senior VP of Sales
  • Stay on top of current clients making sure they are happy and identify any growth opportunity
  • Grow and maintain ongoing relationships with referral sources
  • Meet regularly with Senior VP of sales to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the Senior VP of sales regarding these opportunities on a daily basis
  • Entertain referral sources from time to time
  • Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new referrals
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
  • Act as the client's representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
 
What you will need:
 
  • Bachelors degree from leading university.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and growth mindset.
  • Highly organized; strong system for tracking requests and closing the loop with key stakeholders.
