Opportunity: Get in the ground floor of a start-up that is approaching a big inflection point in the $40B market. Build the outbound enterprise BDR function ground up. Partner with the ceo, sales team, marketing team and founders


  • Responsible for driving 50% of enterprise pipeline
  • Hire, manage and coach a team of 4-6 BDRs
  • Partner deeply with demand gen and content marketing to execute on campaigns
  • Partner with field marketing to drive attendance to our events
  • Partner with the sales team in co-developing and nurturing the pipeline


  • You have 3+ years of ABM style BDR experience in competitive SaaS space
  • You have 1-2+ years experience in directly hiring and managing BDRs
  • You are at a <250 person start-up in the last 2 years
  • You are an expert at multi-touch multi-channel campaigns
  • You are an expert at prospecting via Linkedin
  • You are an expert at using Outreach, Salesloft, Zoominfo
  • You are comfortable making cold calls
Compensation: 225 to 250k all in
