Position Summary:
An associate brand manager is responsible for the stewardship and building of a brand for the company. He/she assists the brand leader in all activities related to the brand.

What you will be doing:
  • Analyze issues, synthesize data, develop recommendations, communicate solutions
  • Lead, influence and motivate project teams to deliver results
  • Keeping in mind the bigger picture
  • Constructively challenging the group for a better outcome
  • Thinking two steps ahead, developing profitable, long-term solutions
  • Translate analytics into insights, stories, and strategies to optimize business performance
  • Analyze consumer and customer data to acquire an in-depth understanding of brand
  • Apply knowledge of consumer and customer insights to identify unmet consumer needs
  • Design Initiatives to achieve established brand objectives
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the P&L and its components
  • Apply knowledge of demand forecasting models to business
  • Perform business analysis, demonstrate understanding of tools (IRI, etc.)
  • Identify financial impact when developing recommendations
  • Identify and communicate to all levels, clear priorities that drive sustainable results
  • Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and goal oriented
  • A clear, confident communicator
  • Able to work collaboratively but comfortable working independently (and eventually autonomously)
  • Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty when necessary
  • What you will need:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-4 years brand marketing experience preferred (open to applicants with analytics, planning or project management backgrounds looking to make a career change)
  • Experience collecting and interpreting syndicated data highly beneficial
