Our Client is looking for entrepreneurial spirited team players who are excited to come to help us build the future of workers’ comp.  They are building the most advanced insurtech and payroll platform that seamlessly integrates with our workers’ comp offering, simplifying the entire process for business owners and our insurance agency partners.  We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a talented, passionate Partner Success Manager.

The Agency Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in our agency partnership journey and will drive the success of the region’s agency partner network. The position is an inside West Coast remote position.  You must be able to support Pacific Time business hours.  

You’ll be assisting with appointing, onboarding, and managing the relationship of new and assigned insurance agency partners.  You will be responsible for the success of your agency partners and premium goal attainment.  You will collaborate and work closely with your regional team, and other cross-functional teams.  You will also support the regional manager on other activities as assigned.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Identify, appoint, and onboard new agency partners 
  • Be the face of our client and ensure the success of your assigned agency partners
  • Work closely with your regional insurance, payroll sales, and underwriting team 
  • Proactively follow up on open quotes to ensure a high closure rate and achievement of premium goals
  • Continue to learn and drive value proposition by delivering world-class customer service to our partners
  • Collaborate with other regional and cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your regional sales manager and leadership team

What We Need:

  • 2+ years of insurance carrier, MGA, or wholesale experience in agency marketing/sales or service strongly preferred.  
  • Strong retail agency experience in sales or service will be considered
  • Knowledge of workers’ comp is required
  • Experience working and partnering with insurance agencies strongly preferred
  • Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, startup environment with high expectations of performance and cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and complex challenges by creating structure and repeatable processes with ambition and enthusiasm
  • Highly coachable team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
Location: 100% virtual, work from home

Compensation: Base plus Bonus
$75-80,000 base on target earnings near 90k-$100,000
