As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Marketing team, you will directly influence sales success and company growth. You are responsible for identifying and leading prospects through the early stages of the buyer’s journey through awareness and education. You will provide guidance about our product offerings to potential customers that submit an inbound MQL.  This BDR needs to be driven by results, has a passion for growing companies, creative, articulate, professional, and aptitude to understand client pain points and needs and how our solutions solves for them.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with potential clients by effectively creating curiosity with prospects to set meetings with Account Executives
  • Identifies, researches, and qualifies new prospects through a variety of methods including networking, system generated leads and cold calls
  • Learns and applies knowledge of product features to match to the needs of potential clients
  • Answers inquiries from prospects concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
  • Works as a team collaborating to figure out new Sales and Marketing techniques
  • Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager
  • Maintain monthly goals and quotas

  • Confident cold calling skills
  • Tech savvy with ability to grasp new technologies and software
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding of software products to be sold
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Proficient and/or willing to learn Google platform, salesforce, SalesLoft, Seamless.ai, Ring Central.  

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years experience
