The Importance of the Role Our client is experiencing rocket-ship growth and they’re seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their long-term talent acquisition, retention and development strategies. This leader will develop and coach a team of recruiters (3-5) and sourcers to execute on ALL hiring and talent needs that allow for rapid growth with the right talent onboard. This leader will act as the Chief Talent Evangelist in fostering an organizational wide talent minded culture - let’s attract the best, let’s hire the best and let’s develop the best!

Talent Team Leader - hire, develop and coach a team of talent professionals that attract and assess the best talent.
Player Coach - willing to support recruiting for high volume roles and own full cycle recruiting for key technical searches and leadership roles.
Enhance talent branding - partner with hiring leaders and marketing to elevate Matic’s branding and image across local and industry talent markets.
Set organization talent assessment strategies - partner with senior leaders on attraction and assessment strategies to vet top talent throughout the interview process - we want the best talent.
Build a campus recruiting program - develop long-term relationships with universities to ensure a top landing spot for graduates and interns.
Facilitate internal career pathing - Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute long-term career pathing options within their departments.
Talent vendor ownership - own relationships with all talent vendors (background checks, staffing, etc). Continuously assess the performance of existing vendors and identify new vendors as needed.
Build Long-Term Talent Strategies - develop and execute long-term hiring strategies designed to elevate the performance of supported business units.
Build a diverse and inclusive workforce- continue a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and workforce.
Recruiting Data Ownership - this leader will foster a data driven recruiting culture and educate the organization on talent best practices through the understanding of data.
8+ years of experience in a recruiting/talent management role.
3+ years of experience in people leadership.
Recruiting high volume and technical roles.
Building recruiting processes and programs from the ground up.
Working directly with hiring leaders to develop assessment and interview processes.
Building and executing candidate sourcing strategies
Managing Applicant Tracking System to maintain useful and accurate reporting (Greenhouse preferred)
Experience recruiting within a high-growth startup environment.
