The Sr. Analyst/Manager, Market Access Rebate Contracting & Analysis will be a key member of the Market Access & Trade Relations team. This position will be responsible to provide a wide variety of timely and accurate analysis and reporting to guide critical business initiatives.
This position will also support the Market Access & Trade Relations department in analyzing opportunities to both secure and maintain patient access to all our products and co-promoted branded prescription products through contracting and affordability programs. The Sr. Analyst/Manager will be compliant with all our Regulatory policies without exception.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, etc. Supervisory experience preferred. At least 7-10 years of experience working in an analytical environment. Background in the pharmaceutical industry within the Contracts and Pricing space is preferred with prior exposure to rebate contracts, GPOs and IDNs.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop multi-scenario models using multiple variables where the output will be used to make market access investment decisions along with forecasting and pre- and post-deal analytics including ROI based on sales data generated from rebate contracting, chargebacks, point of sale and other third-party sourced prescription data (such as IQVIA and MMIT). Supporting various patient access services with analytics and modeling, e.g., savings card programs, patient assistance programs, co-pay cards, eVouchers, etc. Review contracts and redlines for various agreements related to rebates, group purchasing organizations (GPOs), integrated delivery systems (IDNs), etc.
