Pre-Hospital Sales Representative, emergency medical response products

Position: Pre-Hospital Sales Representative

You are expected to work as a consultant to help customers address issues and opportunities by providing a mutually agreed upon solution that demonstrates measurable results.   • Develop and execute a business plan that is designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and product portfolio goals for your respective territory.
  • Effective territory planning to ensure retention and penetration of existing accounts, cultivation of new customers, and the conversion of competitive accounts.
  • Work with customers to develop, implement and train on solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work cross- functionally with team members including field services reps, data managers, sales, and internal support functions.
  • Utilize CRM and other methods for planning, forecasting and business intelligence in order to support strategic and tactical decisions.
  • 3 years of successful selling experience 
  • A four (4) year degree in science, business, or related discipline. 
  • Good driving record.

  • Successful selling experience in either capital equipment or a medical devices company
  • Demonstrated track record of performance and success.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external long-term customer relationships.
  • Proven skills in working independently on several projects and presentations simultaneously.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM system.

  • Frequent travel 15-20% of the time inclusive of overnight stays and weekends.
  • Dependent upon geography and need, Sales representative may work as a generalist in nature or specialize in one market segment.
  • Ability to work out of a home office. This will include maintaining an inventory and storage of demo products and literature.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
LOCATION - Sacramento, CA

Base Salary plus commission = OTE $120,000
