We are seeking a gifted and creative individual for lead qualification and development to join their AZ office, focusing on the US market. This role involves researching companies and contacts, inbound and outbound campaigns, and qualifying each opportunity before sending to a Sales Executive. Our client is looking for Recruiter to join our Corporate Office located in Scottsdale.  The ideal candidate will work in a fast paced, process-focused environment. Must be a self-starter, take direction well, have a creative, “think on your feet” attitude, and able to execute effectively against a set of directives. This individual will focus on recruiting quality, skilled, and proficient applicants. Qualified individuals will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task in stressful and demanding situations.
  • Minimum of 3 years full cycle recruiting/staffing experience, preferably placing candidates in positions of Corporate Sales.
  • Some HR generalist experience is helpful, (on-boarding, documentation etc)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets (Corporate Sales Positions) and staying focused on quality.
  • Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates.
  • Experience with numerous Social media platforms, websites and other job boards
