Our core solutions include: interactive television, mobility, Internet access, and Free-To-Guest along with unparalleled nationwide technical support and professional services. 
We are looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our team in a full-time, non-exempt position.  
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing, qualifying, and closing new sales leads.  The position will be responsible to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and then close those deals.  They will also be responsible to nurture the existing pipeline and move qualified prospects to contract.  This position has responsibility to sell small add on products and services to existing clients and will be required to meet an assigned quota.   
Some of the essential job functions include:
  • Build and expand the number of qualified leads in the sales pipeline.
  • Nurture the existing sales pipeline and move leads from a lesser sales stage to a more advanced stage of the sales pipeline, and then close.
  • Perform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation and follow up.
  • Upsell small add on products and services to the existing client base.
  • Achieve assigned quota sales.
  • Manage the sales lead queue in Salesforce ensuring that leads are followed up and notes are kept of actions taken on leads.
  • Provide high level product and company presentations over the internet to prospective and existing customers.
  • Report weekly on sales activity levels via spreadsheet on key performance indicators.
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings via the phone and on occasion travel for sales meetings as needed
What you’ll need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required along with at least three years of related experience in sales, working independently, managing processes and communicating effectively; or the equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
  • Inside or Outside Sales experience is required, along with a record of achieving quota.
  • The successful candidate will have professional written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills; along with strong initiative, organization and work follow-up skills.
  • The candidate must be self-motivated, have a desire to work with people, meet commitments and schedules, have financial acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills, be highly-organized, and pay extremely close attention to details.
  • Must have experience working with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Excel and PowerPoint.  
Compensation:
salary plus commission = OTE 80-85
