National Sales Executive, Audio Visual, A/V, Phoenix 
Manages sales activities of North America Sales by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
· Support and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals.
· Support sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
· Preparing and executing their territory and partner business plans
· Follow-up on significant existing contact/customer accounts, as well as prospecting for the development of new accounts
· Engage with partners, resellers, vendor reps and other channel partners
· Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
· Sales activities, marketing campaigns including but not limited to prospecting, forecasting and closing business in order to meet and exceed their sales quotas and goals.
· Support and manages sales contracts, promotions, programs, and account activities.
· Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
· Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
· Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
· Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
· Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
· Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
· Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
· Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
· Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
· Required Experience: 1+year experience in A/V services and computer technologies, knowledge of distribution and retail channel.
· Must be able to speak with higher level IT staff engineers in technical environments such as the data center.
· Additionally audio/video vertical market expertise direct to customer or through a reseller partner a plus
Base Salary plus Commission DOE
