Position Description
The Regional Sales Manager, Midwest (RSM) position both manages and grows the distributor channel and drives nurse call system sales in an assigned region of the United States. This position is responsible to identify acute and skilled care projects and manage all aspects of the sales and support process to drive system sales by interacting with end-user customers (IT, Biomed, Clinical within the facilities), existing channel partners (distributors) and new channel partners.  The RSM also establishes on-going relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors within their assigned region.
The Regional Sales Manager develops a strategy to grow their territory and works with company team members in directing the execution of the territory strategy. As part of managing the sales process, the RSM creates and maintains a pipeline of sales and regularly reports the region's progress to senior management.
Territory - Midwest
We are currently actively recruiting for a Mid-West Territory position.  This position would include a 8-State territory consisting of the States of IA, IL, KS, MI, MO, MN, NE & WI.
Qualified candidates must: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of capital equipment or healthcare technology sales and account management experience in the medical device or networked systems industry preferably in nurse call, intercom, IT telephony, or another related area.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Recent experience in communication systems sales
  • Extensive experience selling to hospitals
  • Channel sales and management experience
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
Base Salary, commission and bonus from dollar one.  Uncapped earning potential
