The Job: (90 day contract)
Our Client  is looking for Internal Recruiter to join our Corporate Office located in Golden. The ideal candidate will work in a fast paced, process-focused environment. Must be a self-starter, take direction well, have a creative, “think on your feet” attitude, and able to execute effectively against a set of directives. This individual will focus on recruiting quality, skilled, and proficient applicants. Qualified individuals will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task in stressful and demanding situations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 years full cycle recruiting/staffing experience, preferably placing candidates in positions of Corporate Sales or Customer Service
  • Must be results orientated.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets (Corporate Sales Positions) and staying focused on quality.
  • Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates.
  • Experience with numerous Social media platforms, websites and other job boards
