Our client, founded in 2010, developed a leading SaaS,Cloud based, HR and Recruiting platform with the goal to simplify the process for both the job seeker and the employer. Using their platform, employers can find quality candidates by posting a job to 100+ leading job boards & social networks with one click. Job seekers get email alerts with postings that are tailor made for their skill set and location.

This is an exciting recruiting role responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship process to grow and maintain hiring needs in a fast-paced Inside Sales and Customer Success Call Center.

What you’ll be doing:
Focus on the recruitment of our sales, customer success, administrative and other positions as needed for this location. Build a large and diverse candidate pool through sourcing, networking, job fairs and promoting the internal referral program. Emphasis on outreach opportunities throughout the Phoenix Metro area to attract top talent. Coordinating and scheduling candidates for the Tempe office. Provide a fast and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer. Work with Hiring Managers to make offer recommendations to close on selected candidates. Review resumes, evaluate skill levels, conduct phone screens and present candidates to hiring managers. Explain compensation, benefits and start dates with candidates Participate in on-boarding tasks as assigned (i.e. hiring requests, final paperwork completion). Communicate effectively with the recruiting and hiring teams throughout the interview process. Consistently promote and advertise the employee referral program internally.
  • What we’re looking for: "Ultimately, we need someone with strong scheduling skills (high volume), attention to detail, ability to pick up ATS platforms, and be able to do phone screens (6-10 calls daily). "
  • 1-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience a must.
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • High volume recruiting experience preferably with non-exempt, entry to mid-level candidates.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with hiring teams.
  • Strong track record of successful recruitment and staffing in a fast paced, growing, high volume environment.
  • Technology savvy, Microsoft and Google Docs experience highly preferred.
  • Outgoing, positive, competitive team player!
  • Knowledge of employment laws as they relate to interviews and hiring.
  • Knowledge of Greenhouse (ATS System) a plus!
Location: Tempe AZ

Compensation:  Hourly Rate, 3 month contract
