Sales Manager, Solar
Ideal candidate: 
  1. Create and Thrive in a fast-paced high-volume work environment constantly raising the bar and setting the standard.
  2. Skills to multi task with the ability to convey how solar works and its benefits to homeowners via telephone and online presentation tools 
  3. hiring, training and managing a  professional  staff of inside solar sales closers
Responsibilities
  1. Develop recruiting  model to attract and hire Solar sales consultants! 
  2. Develop training program
  3. Administer Salesforce CRM -  develop, manage and present daily, weekly and  monthly  reports to upper level management 
  4. Train and  manage sales consultants  on using Sales force CRM , DocuSign and clear slide  customer management , signing and presentation tools
  5. Manage and motivate sales consultants through daily, weekly & monthly meetings
  6. Develop and manage sales incentive (spiffs /contests) programs 
  7. Interface with marketing  department  to develop new ways to generate  quality leads and to reduce the overall cost per acquisition of sales metrics
Compensation and benefits:
Base salary of $50,000.00 = $200,000 plus at plan
Comm/bonus : $250 per sale override ($17,500.00 per month)
Medical (including PPO & HMO options), Dental and Vision coverage, 401K available
 Two weeks paid vacation
