Position: Transition Specialist Representative
Work with our Executive Sales Reps in the conversion of new clients from their previous payroll system to our clients.  Also responsible for ensuring new clients’ first payrolls start on time and are processed accurately and timely.  Assist with all aspects of conversion from collecting data to training. Provide new customers with comprehensive product training during their initial transition.
What you will be doing:
  • Train new customers on site
  • Help new customers transition
  • Create and manage implementation timeline and project plan
  • Work with new customers to collect all the data required for the implementation process.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of projects
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate proficiency with computers, specifically in Excel and GoTo Meeting
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various departments both inside the company and with clients
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

Compensation:
$46,000 Base Uncapped compensation is based on performance, plus additional $10k-15K in bonus
Base salaries increase as your lifetime sales increase
